Learn ways to calm down, de-stress and feel great! Each month, pickup a project kit from the library, then join us for a virtual meetup as we work on the project kit as a group and practice other mindfulness activities.
Once you register, please schedule an appointment to pick up your kit. Within 48 hours of picking up your kit, you will receive an email with he the link to sign on to the virtual meetup.
